Qatar Keen to Enhance Bilateral Cooperation -Delegation Calls on PM Pakistan

Islamabad (Staff Reporter)H.E Sheikh Ahmed Bin Jassim Bin Mohammed Al Thani, Minister of Economy and Commerce of the State of Qatar called on the Prime Minister of Pakistan Justice (Retd) Nasir-ul-Mulk   on 5th July. He indicated interest in promoting trade, investment and economic partnership with Pakistan, the minister was on a short visit to Pakistan with senior officials and business delegation comprising CEOs of various companies’ representing food, agriculture, livestock, aviation, maritime and shipping sector

ICAO Council rejects appeals Submitted by the countries of the blockade against Qatar

MONTREAL, 27th June (QNA) - The Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) has decided to reject the appeals of the embargo countries regarding the non-jurisdiction of the Organization by the complaint of the State of Qatar.

This came during the meeting held Wednesday 27th June 2018 to hear the complaints submitted by the State of Qatar on the negative effects caused by the countries of the blockade on aviation security and air safety.

10 MILLION MARGINALIZED CHILDREN'S EDUCATION GOAL ACHIEVED IN 5 YEARS

New York (PR)The ambitious goal of educating 10 million marginalised and vulnerable children has been achieved within a short span of five years, Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Founder and Chairperson of Education Above All (EAA) Foundation announced this during a special Education Above All event co-organised with UNICEF at the New York Public Library in New York City . The major milestone was reached through EAA's programme Educate A Child (EAC) and its worldwide partners.

"EDUCATE A CHILD" PROGRAM LAUNCHED WITH SUPPORT OF QATARI FOUNDATION

Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training (MOENT), Government of Pakistan, American Refugee Committee (ARC) has today launched a country wide program to enrol over one million out-of school children with the collaboration of Education Above All (EAA) Foundation, Qatar. This program is a part of a global initiative by EAA to educate 10 Million out of school children globally.
