Pakistan Initiates Project for Safeguarding the Culture of Kalash Community - Official Appreciates UNESCO, NORWAY & SERENA'S EXHIBITION

Islamabad; 27 Sep 2016 - Federal Secretary Ministry of Culture and Heritage has said that Government of Pakistan  in collaboration with UNESCO and within the Framework of UNESCO’s 2003 convention has initiated a project for safeguarding and documenting the cultural practices of Kalasha Community.

NORWEGIAN SOLAR COMPANIES KEEN TO INVEST IN PAKISTAN

Islamabad -Ambassador of Norway to Pakistan H.E. Mr. Tore Nedreb called on Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif along with a group of investors from the Norwegian energy sector. Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif expressed his condolences to the Norwegian Ambassador on the death of late Ambassador of Norway to Pakistan Mr. Leif Larson who died in a helicopter crash in Naltar Valley this year. The Prime Minister lauded the services of the late Mr. Leif Larson in consolidating Pak-Norway bilateral relations.

Oslo-Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Norway’s Prime Minister Mrs. Erna Solberg witnessed signing ceremony of an MoU between Scatec Solar of Norway and Nizam Energy of Pakistan to jointly develop and Build-Own-and-Operate solar power plants in Pakistan, here this afternoon. 

RIGHT OF EDU FOR 58 MILLION CHILDREN - PAKISTAN FULLY SHARES THE VISION OF OSLO SUMMIT
