Pakistan and France deepen cooperation in the Higher Education sector

Paris 20th June, 2018. “Pakistan Day” a joint initiative of Higher Education of Pakistan (HEC) and its French counterpart campus France, was held in Paris today. This is the third event of its kind, which is aimed at deepening cooperation in higher education between Pakistan and France.

Youth Convention Celebrates the Achievements of Pakistan’s Youth

Islamabad 10 May, 2018: Oxfam in Pakistan, Project Jugnu, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Netherlands and the Embassy of France jointly organized a grand youth convention and festival to celebrate the achievements of Pakistani youth. The convention was held at the Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA) and featured panel discussions on youth and gender, theatre performances, talks by notable youth leaders and a documentary on youth by the French Embassy.

FRANCE-PAKISTAN COOPERATION IN WATER SECTOR

Initiated in 1993 by the General Assembly of the United Nations, the World Water Day is celebrated every year on 22nd March. The objective of this event is to raise public awareness on water issues and to draw attention of governments and private sector on the importance of water.

20 French universities touring Pakistan to reinforce higher education cooperation

Islamabad-The Pak France Higher Education week comes to an end today. 20 French universities visited different cities of Pakistan for five days, culminating yesterday in the celebration of a “French Day” at the Higher Education Commission, co organized by the HEC and attended by the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training, Engineer Muhammad Balighur Rehman.
