Top Belgium University would offer Full Fee Waiver to HEC Scholars

Islamabad ( Education Desk ) University of Hasselt, one of the leading university of Belgium, through an agreement with Higher Education Commission (HEC) would offer full fee waiver to Pakistani scholars to for pursuing PhD in the fields of transportation and engineering. It was apprised during a meeting held between His Excellency Ambassador of Belgium Peter and Chairperson HEC Dr. Javaid R. Laghari at HEC Islamabad. Mr. Wasim Hashmi divisional in charge HRD HEC was also present on the occasion.

World Federation of Consuls celebrated Golden Jubilee of the Vienna Convention of consular relations 1963

Brussels, 6th May 2013 { Special Reporter } 50 years ago on 24th April 1963, the United Nations Conference on Consular Relations adopted the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations and outlined the structure of relations between Consuls and independent nations. The World Federation of Consuls is governed by the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, comprising of 79 articles providing guidelines for operation of Consuls in host nations.
